Our story
Heirloom Fresh Flowers is a family run flower farm led by Emilia Costa, working in close collaboration with her father, crop scientist and wheat breeder, Dr. José M. Costa. Heirloom Fresh Flowers is based in the Hudson Valley, in Putnam Valley where we serve our local communities including Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties.
With a family heritage in agriculture going back several generations, and a passion for gardening, it is our goal to bring the freshest, most unique, beautiful, fragrant flowers to our area.
Sustainably Grown
We prioritize sustainability in everything we do. With that in mind, we grow our flowers using organic methods that improve soil health, encourage beneficial insects and more.
We source our seeds from small scale suppliers across the country, and grow on a small scale so we can focus on delivering the highest quality of cut flowers, locally.
